• Once your direct application process has closed, Hays will assess resumes based on your position requirements. You will receive a report summary which highlights applicants that match your criteria.

Key Selection Criteria Review

• Ensure independent assessment of key selection criteria
• We will assess applicant responses to key selection criteria. Responses are reviewed, scored and a report is delivered to you outlining each applicant’s scores.

Phone Screening

• Evaluate your applicants' responses to behavioural questions
• Your applicants are phone interviewed and asked behavioural questions. These questions are developed with you ensuring they are aligned with position requirements. You receive a summary report detailing applicant scores and responses to questions.

Face-to-face interviewing

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of applicants’ experience, cultural fit and communication skills
• Where a more thorough understanding of applicants’ experience is required, we will develop interview questions with you and conduct face-to-face behavioural interviews. You will receive a summary report of individual performance.
