Hays Age Advantage is a specialist business unit dedicated to the recruitment of mature candidates and the first such service from a major recruiter to be established in Australia. In light of the current candidate short market and given the increasing average age of candidates, our goal is to encourage employers to consider a workforce of varying ages and aim to better meet our clients' staffing needs, and offers individual candidates a professional service that respects and values their experience and knowledge.
