Plant a Tree is our ongoing environmental initiative, delivered in partnership with Carbon Neutral, supporting large‑scale environmental restoration across Australia. Through this long‑standing partnership, thousands of trees have been planted on an ongoing basis, helping to restore native landscapes and reconnect vital habitats.
We believe the work we do today should help build a better tomorrow. That’s why tree planting is embedded into our day‑to‑day business activity, turning recruitment outcomes into meaningful, long‑term environmental impact.
How it works
Through our Plant a Tree initiative, one tree is planted for every ten placements made across Australia.
Trees are planted as part of a verified environmental program focused on restoring native landscapes and strengthening biodiversity. This approach allows us to embed sustainability into our everyday operations, rather than treating it as a oneoff campaign or offset.
Where the trees are planted
Trees supported through this initiative are planted within the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor in Western Australia.
This nationally recognised restoration project is focused on reconnecting fragmented ecosystems by establishing a continuous corridor of native vegetation stretching approximately 200 kilometres from inland regions to the coast.
By linking isolated patches of remaining bushland, the project helps:
- Restore degraded landscapes
- Reconnect wildlife habitats
- Support native species recovery
- Improve longterm ecosystem resilience
Each tree planted contributes to the regeneration of this vital environmental corridor.

At the heart of Plant a Tree is our partnership with Carbon Neutral, a certified organisation delivering largescale revegetation and biodiversity projects across Australia.
Their work focuses on planting native species in carefully selected locations where they can have the greatest environmental impact. Every project is designed with longterm success in mind, supporting ecosystem restoration, habitat connectivity and biodiversity outcomes that last well beyond the initial planting.
