SERVICE COORDINATOR  - HVAC Company 

First point of contact for reactive faults and customer queries.

Liaise and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner.  

Log reactive jobs and service jobs and keep customer updated and informed of any repair work scheduled or any delays.

Organise and schedule Technicians and Subcontractors workload.

Generate Customer Quotes following Servicing and reactive faults.

Generate Service Reports.  Generate POs

Invoicing and monthly financials.

Generate customer Pre-Maintenance Agreements

Update Quote Register for Service Dept.

Manage Technicians H&S Permits, Site Inductions, Licences.

 

Service Coordinator – Security 

Scheduling technicians, organizing the day-to-day calendar, customer service support, assessing clients’ needs and matching them to services, ordering stock, basic payroll, quoting, maintaining and updating client records.
