Professional qualifications/key skills
• 6 years payroll experience with 1-year Senior Payroll experience overseeing and supporting a team of payroll officers.
• End to end payroll processing; super contributions, monthly payroll tax, child support payments, annual leave calculations
• High volume processing up to 7,000 headcount spilt between payroll team of 8.
• Involved in SAP system implementation project
• EA and Awards Interpretation
• Industry experience: Mining, Oil and Gas and Construction
• 3 years SAP experience. System implementation experience.
• This candidate is professional and is passionate about payroll. They have excellent communication skills and came across very well at Hays interview.
