A highly experienced engagement and advancement professional with 15+ years’ experience across alumni relations, donor engagement, marketing, student recruitment and community relations within higher education and independent school environments. This candidate brings a strong, relationship‑led approach, with a proven ability to design and deliver strategies that strengthen long‑term stakeholder engagement, brand visibility and institutional reputation.

The candidate has held senior leadership roles overseeing alumni relations, advancement, admissions, marketing and community engagement, including managing multi‑disciplinary teams and contributing at executive, board and committee levels. They have led large‑scale engagement programs and events for diverse stakeholder groups, including alumni networks exceeding 140,000 members, and have consistently delivered targeted initiatives to increase engagement, participation and affinity.

With deep experience in alumni and donor engagement, the candidate has worked closely with Development and Advancement teams to support fundraising initiatives, including annual appeals and donor programs. The candidate’s background includes extensive experience in marketing and communications, having developed and executed integrated marketing strategies, managed brand positioning, overseen digital and social media presence, and collaborated with external agencies on media, PR, website redevelopment, SEO and SEM initiatives. They have successfully delivered campaigns to drive student recruitment, community engagement and organisational visibility across domestic and international markets.
