• Bachelor of Biotechnology
• Confident professional with over 10 years of experience in the Clinical Research industry, including 7 years of an ascending career within the CRO space in CRA I, CRA II, CRA III and Senior CRA capacities.
• 5+ years of independent monitoring experience, being involved in all stages of the clinical trial, including feasibility, site selection visits, site initiation visits, contact and budget negotiation, monitoring (both on-site and remote), ethics submissions, safety reports processing, and close out visits.
• Experience working in Phase II and Phase III studies, mainly in Oncology and healthy volunteer studies.
• +2 years of FSP model experience working with a global sponsor.
• At any one time across their career, they worked on maximum 3 studies, involving around 6 to 7 sites across Australia.
• Outstanding communication skills. Multi-tasking professional with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Special interest in training new junior CRAs.
