This is a friendly individual, with a passion to support and help those in need. Their current position as a Senior Case Officer within a Federal Government agency is 100% remote, and they are looking to step back into a face-to-face team where they can contribute their skills. With experiences in legal financial assistance schemes, assessing applications, managing grants, and processing claims for payments, they are keen to stay within Grants or Operational Administration. They have demonstrated strengths in computer systems and feel confident with M365, Content Manager, and internal Government systems. This candidate has also trained other staff members in systems and processes. They would be a true asset to any team, as they bring niche skills and experiences.

This candidate is currently looking for a permanent assignment with full-time hours. They are immediately available to interview
