This customer service focused individual has a strong facilities management background and is immediately available. With three years working on a global facilities management helpdesk they have excellent technical knowledge and are comfortable dealing with technicians and clients alike.

They would liaise with plumbers, technicians, maintenance contractors on a day to day basis and monitor incoming call queues covering Facilities Management, and critical incidents on a National level. 

Comfortable working in a high pressure environment, this individual can hit the ground running and strengthen your scheduling team, offering excellent customer service skills and will fit right into your team. 

They have organised subcontractors, raised quote jobs for contract manager and dispatched to technicians. They are involved in the process from beginning to end, from the initial customer call to closing out the job and love the air-conditioning industry.
