Production Supervisor / Mechanical Engineer / Warehouse Supervisor

This candidate comes from a Mechanical Engineering background and has finished his Master's Degree in Engineering Management. They have worked in various industries inclusive of working as a Quality Engineer, Production Worker, Warehouse Supervisor and a Production Supervisor

• They have their Masters Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure that production targets are met.
• Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
• Oversees 7 team leads, who each have a team of 10. They will assign all kpis targets to team leads as well as training the team achieve and exceed expectations.
• Comfortable writing up Non-Conforming Material and Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Extremely passionate team leader, his current position requires him to work and train with vulnerable people, so he has a complete understanding of implementing all WHS procedures.
• Delivers HACCP meetings daily to maintain all company standards and policies.
• Programs: SharePoint, Microsoft Products, AutoCAD.
