Our candidate has extensive mechanical experience, with a career spanning several roles focused on vehicle and machinery repair, maintenance, and servicing. His experience includes working as a Mechanical Trades Assistant at Hastings Deering, where he assisted with repairing, maintaining, and servicing CAT machinery, performing diagnostic assessments on mining and construction equipment, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality control. 

He has also worked as an Exhaust Fitter/Mechanic at Surefit Exhaust, specialising in electrical, MIG, and oxy-acetylene welding, exhaust design and fitting, and vehicle repair. Additionally, our candidate has hands-on experience with complex engine repairs, light and heavy-duty transmission systems, and braking systems from his time as a mechanic at Pasminco Mining. 

His mechanical skills are supported by a solid foundation of certifications and practical training in automotive and mechanical fields.

Our candidate is a qualified Mechanic who is looking for a mechanical trades assistant role. He holds an overhead gantry crane ticket, forklift licence, drivers licence, working at heights etc.
