His technical expertise covers a range of equipment, including conveyors, crushers, compressors, pumps, and ship loading systems.

He has extensive experience working with SAP for maintenance planning, capital projects, and asset management, demonstrating a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration. His career has included roles at companies like Rio Tinto, Wilmar Sugar, and Peabody Energy, where he has consistently been recognised for his ability to align maintenance work with business objectives.


PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

A trade qualified Fitter and Turner with +25 years’ experience in the planning, scheduling and maintenance of fixed plant within the mining and processing industry. A specialist in using various maintenance management and scheduling systems to enhance plant availability and reliability. Delivers upon and optimises maintenance strategies within areas of accountability by prioritising maintenance tasks and delivering planned work in accordance with safety, environment, statutory and budgeting requirements, business policies and values for planning and scheduling. Specific plant experience includes (but is not limited to) conveyors, crushers, cyclones, compressors, dewatering screens, pumps, feeders, stackers, reclaimers, rake movers and ship loading equipment.

My mature interpersonal skills yield an advantage in developing relationships with work colleagues, management, and cross-functional interfaces across site, to ensure on time availability of resources and enhance the achievement of Company production and safety goals.
