Leading Hand:

This candidate is a well-presented and motivated Leading Hand / Junior Foreman who has worked their way up from their Carpentry Apprenticeship over the last 5 years. This candidate is currently studying a Cert IV in Building & Construction which will be completed by the end of 2025. They have worked on large scale commercial projects ranging from $30 million to $300 million, where they have overseen a crew for the duration of each project. They have recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast from NSW and are now in the market for a new opportunity where they can contribute their skills and continue to progress their career within the commercial construction industry. 

This candidate holds the following qualifications:

- Certificate III in Carpentry (Completed 2022)

- Working at Heights Ticket

- HR licence

- Construction Industry White Card

- TSHA Gold Card Ticket (Manitou) 

- Certificate IV Building and Construction (In progress - due to be completed by end of 2025).
