Currently based in Perth, for the past three years this individual has been working at an mining conglomerate. Part of their Global Network Architect Team, they design, deploy and oversee the IT & OT networks across five mine sites throughout APAC (Australia and PNG). Covering various domains such as the Cisco ecosystem, Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS), Process Control Networks (PCN), Cybersecurity along with operational activities (road maps, budgeting, standards, technical strategy’s, etc), their role is extremely varied.

Prior to this they were engaged in several contracting roles across the mining, government and telecommunications sectors across Australia (all from a networking and security technical perceptive). Before relocating to Australia, they had spent several years working in the Middle-East and across Africa using a variety of networking and systems technologies.

With a large number of qualifications (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, Masters of Business Administration, etc) along with their extensive hands on technical experience, they are seeking their next appointment. Whilst based in Perth, they are open to relocation anywhere within Australia to further enhance their career into a leadership position to enable them to make a bigger impact.
