Service Coordinator HVAC

Key Point of contact for Westpac, Bank of Melbourne, Suncorp, Tabcorp & Medibank

Coordinate and manage all planned, reactive, and proactive maintenance across 400 + sites in Victoria.

Develop and manage strong relationships with external contractors and supplier for organising maintenance & repair work, quotes and call outs.

Project Manage maintenance, upgrades and defect works in accordance with deadlines

Regular communications with internal and external stakeholders

Prepare and submit purchase orders for maintenance related works

Ensure invoices are received and processed in accordance with company policies
