• Over 15 years health and safety experience covering mining, oil and gas and soft services.
• All relevant qualification (Injury Management for Managers & Supervisors, TAE, WHS grad cert, ICAM, Lead Auditor Integrated Management Systems & OHS management system, and more)
• They have experience in a national role and sound leadership experience, managing 9 advisors
• Considerable working knowledge ISO 45001; ISO 45003; ISO 31000; AS/NSZ 18001;
AS/NSZ ISO 9001 and FSANZ
• Collaborative leadership and strategic approach
