A skilled and experienced HR Business Partner who has worked across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, not for profit, industrial services, hospitality, and IT/financial services in addition to having recently undertaken a 12 month contract within QLD state government. They:

- Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
- Have extensive experience in advisory, generalist, and payroll roles within People and Culture
- Proficient in HR consulting, union negotiations, coaching, employee relations, recruitment, culture change, restructuring, company acquisitions, HR policies, and management.
- Experienced in multiple employment law jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Malaysia.
- Supported both blue and white collar workforces

Expertise
- Workforce Planning: Recognises the importance of workforce planning to secure skilled workers in a tight labour market. Provides quality planning and forecasting data to drive talent decision-making.
- Culture & Leadership: Focuses on culture, leadership, and managing change. Has served large companies with over 1700 staff and also operated in HR standalone roles
- Employee relations, industrial relations and performance management including case management
