This candidate has 40+ Years of Heavy Diesel Experience and is seeking a 2/2 roster in underground mining.

 Qualifications and Licences:

• Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
• Introduction to 4000-01 C & I Engine, MTU (2018)
• Heavy Combination (HC) Licence
• Victorian Driver’s Licence

High Risk Licences:

• Working safely at heights and elevated platforms
• Confined space
• Forklift operation
• Dogging & Rigging
• First Aid
• Operating breathing apparatus (open circuit)

Experience and Expertise:

With over four decades of experience in heavy diesel mechanics, this candidate has worked extensively across both civil and mining sectors, confidently diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues. Their expertise spans a wide range of surface equipment, including:

• Hitachi & Liebherr excavators
• Komatsu loaders
• Sandvik & Atlas Copco drill rigs
• Various other heavy machinery

Although this candidate has not yet had exposure to underground mining, they are eager to bring his wealth of knowledge to this sector.
