This candidate has expertise in coordinating and managing the production schedule, leasing, and asset disposal process for the motor vehicle fleet. They are responsible for ordering lease vehicles, coordinating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, managing approval procedures and documentation, and signing lease agreements. 

• Responsible to order lease vehicles (Toyota vehicles via Orix) for St John as per requirements of various departments in St John, New Zealand. 
• Coordinate with various stakeholders in the company to understand the requirements. This includes approval procedures, documentation of the vehicles, signing all the lease agreements. Liaising with lease companies like Custom Fleet and Orix. 
• Tools used are KACE for documentation, Excel for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook 365, OneNote windows 10.
• Coordinate the timely and efficient ordering and/or replacement of St John vehicles alongside vehicle maintenance. Liaise with the Fleet Manager to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Report monthly progress of Fleet orders for current financial year and planning for the coming financial year.
• Responsible for creating requests to send fuel cards (Company “Z Energy”) and support the users with up-to-date fuel cards, warrant of fitness and compliance with road user charges.
• Create Purchase Orders for various vehicle parts for suppliers which includes external suppliers like Torque Digital, Keith Andrews, Jacksons, Toyota etc. Tool used is Medius Flow.
• Send monthly updates to various stakeholders regarding the progress of the ordered vehicles on lease.
• Create project plans to fit stakeholder needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes, full accountability for project results.
