I am currently working with an exceptional fire and security coordinator who is a proven Hays worker and unfortunately is finishing in June. They already have been working remotely for four months, did an exceptional job, and can commence work temporarily or permanently right away.

Fire/Security/NBN Service Coordinator 

This individual is a  friendly, corporate, professional and well-spoken individual who has been responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance, organising runs for technicians and has excellent technical knowledge, being fully efficient in both Pronto and Simpro. 

Coming from a fire protection, security, and telco and NBN background, this individual has excelled in all service industries and received excellent reference from clients. 

 Comfortable scheduling technicians on a national basis in a phone based position and thriving in being kept busy every minute of the day, this individual is able to build rapport with clients and technicians alike. They have organised subcontractors, raised quote jobs for contract manager and dispatched to technicians 

They are  involved in customer care and scheduling requests from in the whole process from beginning to end, from the initial customer call to closing out the job to completion.

They thrive in the customer/client care element of their role as well as the project side, and the ability to think on their feet and get the job done quickly and efficiently.
