A facilities and office services professional is immediately available and seeking work within a new exciting organisation. Coming from a corporate facilities background this individual has experience ensuring security alarms and access card systems are in working order, they are responsible for the timely response of maintenance request and organising and supervising the appropriate contractors on site.

Previous duties included logging and tracking of the business sites facilities requests, maintaining and complying to building safety and maintenance standards, and assisting with the provision of security services, including alarm systems, CCTV, security access cards and issues with keys.

They are expert at maintaining relationships, are responsible for the planning, co-ordinating and implementation of office relocations.
