Timely building communication emails and notifications
Signage and barricading install and reviews
Mail Room – sorting and delivering mail, booking couriers
Liaise with Building and Cleaning Management regarding maintenance, cleaning and building security etc
Emergency process and information display
Safety Advisor, Site safety inspections, advising faults, hazards at major office locations
Entering and action of Workplace Service Request (maintenance, cleaning, new employee security passes, new furniture etc.) Sourcing equipment and contractors to fulfill requests
Liaise with external contractors – Plumbing, electrical, lock smiths etc for building defects
Purchasing and receipting products through Oracle
Resolution for equipment faults, equipment relocation and on site contractor management
Building / interstate relocations or block and stack Origin relocations
