Facilities Helpdesk Operator – Immediately Available, SE Suburbs

 

Manage the facilities management services through Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier including safety and compliance to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business and customers.

Follow up quality of services delivered by the IFM supplier through close working relationships.

Coordinate and execute internal facilities management related audits and annual reviews.

Support facilities management budgeting activities and the annual business plan in the unit. Attend weekly meetings to discuss operation issues and contribute to solutions.

Participate in projects within FM related services as required.

Manage vendors coming onsite, report incidents to management and familiarize with daily operations

Receive and action faults and maintenance matters and assess priority of call and action accordingly

Arrange for appropriate technician or strategic partner or contractor to attend to the reactive repair request

Raise work order for each fault/call - to include all details e.g., fault description, exact location, name and contact details of caller, priority, caller’s reference number, building or tenant responsibility etc. and send confirmation work order to technician or strategic partner or contractor

Liaise between those who logged the call, the people requested to attend to the call and those who are responsible for the payment of the call, if required
