I met with a candidate this week that is an absolute standout, one of the best scheduling candidates I have met in forever - Available for 1 year contracts, this candidate is exceptional and I am committed to getting them something ASAP!  They are a well presented well spoken individual with a strong background in scheduling. Commencing their career with a service provider Wates who serviced social housing client BPHA and looked after 18,000 social housing properties, their role included:  Scheduling responsive repairs and emergency repairs for social housing tenants.   Liaised with tenants and contractors over the phone regularly.   Managed and supported other planners as head planner.   Provided specialist advice to tenants regarding carpentry, plumbing, roofing, groundwork’s and other repairs.     They were then offered an internal opportunity to work directly for BPHA (Same office location) and their role changed to become the below   Responsible for managing gas compliance and void turnover for over 18,000 social housing properties.    Coordinated repairs and remedial works for incoming tenants.   Liaised with external contractors and tenants on the phone to schedule repairs and appointments.   Created spreadsheets to manage data of all ongoing work.   Prepared letters and court documents for gas compliance.
