Facilities Coordinator

Previously, as a Tenancy Support Worker with Uniting WA, they conducted regular property inspections, identified maintenance issues, tested smoke alarms and RCDs, and logged reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance requests. They liaised directly with contractors to ensure works were completed to standard and within required timeframes. They also managed neighbour disputes, applied tenancy actions where necessary, and worked closely with mental health clinicians when concerns arose.

Across both roles, they have demonstrated a strong ability to balance property management responsibilities with a tenant-centred approach. They understand the importance of maintaining safe, compliant and well-functioning housing while also supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies and engage positively with their community.
