Environmental Approvals Manager with more than 20 years experience in the field working in mining and construction.

Skills and experience:

- Environmental approvals - In-depth knowledge and application of environmental legislation, including industry regulation and environmental impact assessments (Part IV and V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, WA and subsidiary legislation). Also familiar with the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and Commonwealth legislative approval requirements.
- Leading environmental improvement and performance of 11 different solid and liquid waste processing and landfill facilities prescribed under the EP Act by working with the company directors and site managers to achieve environmental compliance and reduce risk of discharge / emissions to the environment.
- Environmental compliance and auditing of prescribed premises against the licences and legislation
