An experienced and forward-thinking customer service officer looking to continue their career in customer relations. They have several years of experience within the call centre and customer service space and enjoy an environment where they can assist customers and clients. In their most recent role, they were responsible for handling customer complaints, updating and maintaining customer accounts, creating quotes, and processing payments, actioning inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence. With a sound understanding of processes and procedures, they can work autonomously and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. They are looking for a part time opportunity with a 2 week notice period
