Contract Administrator / Estimator 

• 14 + years Contract Admin & Estimating experience 
• Certificate IV Building & construction
• Experience using Aconex, Procore, and multiple other systems
• Ability to handle multiple and tight deadlines 

This candidate is a highly skilled Contract Administrator who is looking for their next challenge within the construction industry. Recently they have just finished working on a major project where themselves and 2 other Contract Administrators managed the contract admin workload of the entire project. They would draft, negotiate, and issue contracts, as well as manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, assist with monthly budget forecasting and a multitude of other daily duties. Prior to this, they had experience elsewhere in Contract Admin, Estimating and Document Controlling. They also have their own company where they do the Estimating for Residential and Commercial projects across the country. They are a motivated individual who works well to a tight deadline.

They would be an asset to any construction company looking for a Contract Administrator.
