This is an experienced Motor Claims Assessor with an extensive background in insurance. They have excellent communication skills that they have developed over many years within the industry, they are able to liaise with various types of stakeholders and at different levels. 

This candidate spent more than 2.5 years at a Global Insurer, managing complex commercial motor claims.  In this role, they were liaising with brokers, agents and companies in relation to their customer claims, as well as following up directly where required through investigation. They are very experienced in policy reviews, detailed investigations, reporting and recommendation writing. They held a $50k DUA which was the highest figure given outside of management. A majority of claims they assessed were beyond this limit, where they would complete a full investigation and write up a report outlining their recommendation, which was rarely declined or questioned. His technical acumen and ability to handle niche commercial matters make him a standout candidate.
