Combines deep technical expertise in major Australian standard forms (AS2124/AS4000/AS4902, GC21), bespoke contracts, consultancy agreements, procurement frameworks and complex commercial arrangements with strong capability in claims, variations, Security of Payment, risk allocation, regulatory compliance and governance. Brings a polished advisory style developed through extensive stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership and project-driven legal support. Recognised for clear, pragmatic advice, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-risk matters while balancing legal, commercial and operational considerations.
