The individual has an extensive background in management roles, showcasing strong leadership and organisational skills. As a Branch Manager for an Engineering Company since May 2020, they have been responsible for managing staff, handling budget and P&L responsibilities, recruitment, day-to-day operations including workshop, field services, and sales, stock control, training, and fostering relationships with suppliers. 

They successfully transitioned to a new factory and initiated the business's fabrication arm of the business while coordinating service truck rental fleet support. This individual's proactive approach to business development has led to increased productivity and sales year-on-year.
