Their experience includes advising employer clients across the employment lifecycle, drafting policies and contractual documentation, supporting workplace investigations, and leading enterprise agreement negotiations with unions and bargaining representatives. They also mentor junior lawyers and contribute to client training on workplace relations and WHS obligations.
Prior to moving into private practice, this candidate worked within the ATO’s Office of General Counsel, including in acting EL1 capacities. Their government experience spans complex employment, administrative, commercial and privacy matters, supporting enterprise agreement bargaining at a whole‑of‑agency level, managing litigation before the Fair Work Commission and Administrative Review Tribunal, and supervising junior lawyers. They are admitted in Victoria and bring strong experience working within structured legal environments, managing competing priorities and delivering pragmatic, legally sound advice.
