This candidate has over 20 years’ experience within Administration and Customer Service in the public sector. Most recently, they completed a 12-month contract with Services Australia, where they supported vulnerable members of the public with online services and information. This included digital support for the elderly, dealing with personal information and providing details on financial support, and assessing short-term loan applications. Prior to this, they were part of the team for Scholarships and Prizes at Utas, where they provided support for government scholarships for students from the Pacific, Asia, and Africa. They helped students with their applications, referred them to tutors, and managed the budgets for each scholarship. This candidate was also required to work closely with the payroll team, and they managed a few hundred scholarships at any given time. With a wonderful mix of compassion and empathy for others, and an ability to work with processes, they would be an asset to any organisation.
