• Setting and achieving Health and Safety objectives and targets 
• Utilising a risk-based approach to seek Health and Safety solutions that are practical, effective and regularly evaluated for the prevention, elimination and reduction of associated risks
• Ensuring that our workers are provided with safe and healthy working conditions and safe systems of work
• Proactively partnering with our clients to improve safety conditions for our workers and providing timely responses to work-related matters
• Ensuring that our workers hold applicable qualifications, are competent, capable and trained 
• Prioritising the consultation and participation of our workers and their representatives on Health and Safety matters
• Identifying and controlling Health and Safety risks associated with our business activities
• Continually identifying, exploring and implementing new and innovative best practice Health and Safety solutions to be employed by our Health and Safety specialists
• Promoting and implementing early intervention strategies to proactively minimise harm 
• Facilitating access to quality medical care to workers when required 
• Holding all workers accountable for Health and Safety matters
