Join a well-established hydraulic equipment supplier in Paget, Queensland. Due to recent movement within the organisation, the opportunity for a Workshop Administrator has become available.
Your new role
In this role, you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to:
Timesheet's verification and entry
Site Clearance requests as required
Job creation, including open and close jobs
Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
Inductions Register & Licence and Certificate verification and expiration management
General admin duties and additional duties as delegated by the Field Service Coordinator/ Manager
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
High level of organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with mine site related systems, including SAP, CMF Systems
Highly desirable, not essential, previous mine site administration experience
2+ Years experience within a similar Administration role within Engineering or mining Industry
High level of experience with Microsoft Office applications – Proficient in Excel Spreadsheeting
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start working with a dynamic team at the fast-paced office in Paget. You will be offered an attractive hourly rate of $38.00/hr + Super, working Monday to Friday 38 hrs a week with an initial 6-month temporary contract with Hays and the opportunity to go permanent after that.
