We are currently seeking an experienced Water Cart Operator to join a dynamic civil contracting team based in Mackay. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential development construction and be confident working with subcontractors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site. Projects include bulk earthworks, stormwater systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and roadworks across residential, industrial, and commercial developments.

If successful, you'll step into a long-term role operating a water cart. The position offers consistent weekday work with 10-hour shifts, a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced crew. Our team is completing a brand new subdivision project that has potential to go for up to 2 years with other projects in the pipeline!
