Warranty Administrator

3-month temporary assignment based in Wacol!

Our client is seeking x2 Warranty Administrators based in Wacol for an immediate start!

Your new role

As a Temporary Warranty Administrator, you will be engaged for a short-term contract to assist with clearing a high volume of warranty claims. The assignment is anticipated to span up to 90 days, with immediate commencement available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and processing warranty and policy claims using in-house systems
  • Managing claim calculations, submissions, follow-ups, and reconciliations
  • Interpreting technical job cards, service reports, and warranty bulletins
  • Completing workshop job entries: labour times, parts, sublets, and costing
  • Conducting audits to ensure warranty claims align with internal guidelines
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve overdue or denied claims
  • Producing regular reports on claims volume, trends, and exceptions

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, candidates will require a mix of industry knowledge, system proficiency, and administrative efficiency.

  • 2+ years of experience in administration or warranty processing, preferably in the heavy vehicle or commercial transport industry
  • Familiarity with ERP or DMS platforms used for service and warranty claim management
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer and dealer warranty requirements
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and translate them into valid claims
  • High-level communication and organisational skills to manage workloads independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accuracy under pressure
