Your new role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a team through operational transformation. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to production and dispatch to customers and subcontractors.

• Leading and motivate a warehouse team through change and improvement initiatives
• Managing incoming goods, receipting, packing, and dispatch of large, heavy materials
• Issuing materials to internal customers
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure stock control integrity
• Upholding traceability and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement and WHS best practices
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience supervising warehouse operations

• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to motivate, guide and manage

• Experience with defence or aviation products

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, Oracle or IFS
