Job Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! If you have experience in WMS, enjoy fulfilling picking, packing, and distribution requirements, and possess assembly and metal fabrication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee purchasing processes
  • Ensure efficient distribution through 3rd party logistics
  • Supervise team members to meet production deadlines
  • Implement the most suitable WMS for enhanced efficiency
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and uphold safety standards
  • Securely store materials and manage forklift usage responsibly
  • Provide top-notch customer service and handle enquiries professionally
  • Adhere to company regulations and maintain optimal stock levels

Qualifications:
  • Tertiary Education (desirable)
  • 5+ years warehouse experience in a B2B setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like Xero
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to problem-solve independently

Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 20 days holiday, inclusive of statutory holidays
  • Western Sydney locations
