An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing business based in Croydon South. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse management.

Your new role

You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team.

• Supervise pick and pack operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
• Manage inventory, including receiving, checking, and organising stock
• Operate warehouse software for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting
• Conduct quality control checks and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Support broader warehouse tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior warehouse role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and EDI cartonisation software
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
