Your new role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all warehouse operations and provide logistics support across production and procurement functions. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating freight, maintaining asset registers, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and security standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Managing daily warehouse operations and driving process improvements.
- Overseeing stock control, receipting, cycle counts, and ERP transactions.
- Coordinating local and international freight, ensuring packaging meets security requirements.
- Maintaining accurate asset registers and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Supporting compliance checks and contractor coordination for maintenance activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or equivalent.
- Current forklift licence.
- 10+ years’ experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Experience in defence industry systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong safety focus.
