Warehouse Storeman

  • Location: Parramatta Area
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 70,000 plus super
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeman to join our close-knit and fast-paced team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our busy warehouse and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and check all incoming goods against paperwork.
  • Accurately store stock and prepare shipments for customers across Australia and internationally.
  • Complete electronic and manual consignment notes and update MYOB for tracking purposes (training provided if needed).
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone to confirm dispatch dates.
  • Always maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
  • Contribute to Quality, WHS, and environmental standards by following company policies and procedures.
  • Occasionally assist with internal sales and provide customer-facing support when required.

Requirements
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Current Driving Licence (own transport preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working in an office environment and a warehouse
  • Good handwriting and professional telephone manner.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with delivery drivers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills (MYOB experience advantageous but not essential).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid forklift licence (counterbalance and/or high reach experience highly regarded).
