Our client is a privately owned gold mine is situated approximately 130km south of Townsville and 90km east of Charters Towers in north-east Queensland.

Your new role

Due to project works, our client is currently recruiting warehouse Operatives on an 8/6 roster rotating day and night shifts. This role offers 2-3 months of work. Your new role will be Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) from Townsville, with meals and accommodation provided during the rostered period.

Responsibilities will include

• Receipting
• Dispatching
• Inspection of goods
• stock taking
• Unloading of deliveries from vehicles by forklift
• Destuffing shipping containers by forklift

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you must have:

• Warehouse experience on a mine site is essential
• Forklift ticket
• Manual drivers licence
• MR ticket preferred but not required
