Warehouse Supervisor for a sports brand giant in South West Sydney – day shift position
Step into Warehouse Leadership in the Sporting Goods Sector Are you a hands-on operator ready to take the next step in warehouse leadership? We’re looking for a Warehouse Second-in-Charge (2IC) to support and drive operations at a leading Marsden Park facility.
Your New Opportunity Join a recognised brand within the sporting goods industry, working out of a busy Western Sydney warehouse alongside a tight-knit, results-driven team. The role is active and floor-based, with weekday shifts running from 7:30am–4.30pm. Plus overtime paid on top.

Your New Role Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be across:

  • WMS functions to maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch efficiency.
  • Inbound/outbound operations: pick, pack, label, and ship orders
  • Pallet movement and allocation planning to optimise warehouse flow
  • Daily communication with freight providers and external stakeholders
  • Coordination of consumable tracking, spot checks, and stocktakes
  • On-floor leadership across team coordination and task delegation
  • Acting as point of contact during supervisor absences
  • Efficient operation of forklifts and other equipment (training available)
What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse or team support role
  • Familiarity with WMS platforms
  • Forklift licence (preferred) and car licence
  • Strong communicator with a steady approach under pressure
  • Great with team leadership, task prioritisation, and problem-solving
  • Ability to pass police and medical checks (organised by client)
  • Interest in sporting goods or lifestyle products adds cultural fit

What You’ll Get in Return Salary $75,000 - $85,000 + Super, with a role that offers progression, daily variety, and a strong team culture where input is valued.
