A 6-month secondment opportunity within a leading beverage company’s Supply Chain team, reporting to the Logistics Services Leader. The role focusses on customer-facing replenishment planning, ensuring optimal stock levels and service delivery.
Your new role
- Service Level Optimisation: Use internal and customer systems to maintain high product availability across distribution centres and stores.
- Communication: Provide timely updates on stock status, allocations, and address out-of-stock issues.
- Reporting & Analysis: Perform daily root cause analysis to resolve and prevent delivery issues.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Meet customer KPIs through effective planning and collaboration.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the company and customer teams, including on-site engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: 2–3 years in FMCG; experience with SAP and customer service is advantageous.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management, reporting tools, and industry practices.
