Your new role
As the UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in developing a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours across a range of digital products and services.
Conduct research to map current and future user experiences, producing artefacts such as journey maps and insight summaries.
Plan and deliver UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions, validate assumptions, and evaluate concepts, prototypes, and live solutions.
Undertake accessibility‑focused research, including testing with assistive technologies, and collaborate with internal accessibility and inclusion teams to identify barriers.
Clearly communicate findings to cross‑functional teams, translating insights into practical UX recommendations that influence design and delivery.
Support iterative design through ongoing testing and continuous improvement cycles.
- Contribute to light design and prototyping activities, including low‑fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes, to support research and communication.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience generating UX insights using artefacts such as personas, journey maps, usability findings, and research summaries.
Strong capability in usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, prototype validation, and other UX research methods.
Experience or strong interest in accessibility‑focused research, including testing with assistive technologies.
Ability to plan and deliver end‑to‑end research projects—from recruitment, data collection, and analysis through to synthesis and presentation.
Solid quantitative research skills, including survey design and data interpretation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights to varied audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs.
