Your new role

• Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviours.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Optimise user flows, interactions, and information architecture.
• Champion usability best practices and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with UI designers to translate wireframes into visually appealing interfaces.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and patterns.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record as a UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools, interface prototyping, design and development (Figma or similar)
• Experience in agile development practices, user research, user-centred design methodologies, information architecture and usability testing
• Ability to drive digital transformation through well-developed change management skills
• Problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking and strong communication skills are essential.
