• Conducting user testing and iterating designs based on feedback

• Integrating technical rating rules into design solutions
• Synthesising research insights and advocating for user needs
• Documenting design decisions in Confluence

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Outcome-focused approach to design and research
• Detail-oriented thinking and curiosity about technical systems
• Proficiency in Figma, especially component creation and usage
• Interest in sustainability and how buildings function
• Experience or interest in Salesforce cloud platforms
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Commitment to inclusive design and web standards
