Ubank are currently hiring Banking Officers to support customers through an important transition as we move existing Advantedge home loan customers into new Ubank products.
About the Role
As a Banking Officer within the Lending team, you’ll engage with existing customers to guide them through their home loan migration. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers choose the right solution for their needs.
This is a high-energy, customer-focused role where your communication skills and ability to build trust will be key to your success.
You will be based at the Parramatta office 5 days a week, starting at the end of June/early July until the end of September, from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The hourly rate for this role is $45ph + Super.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with a high volume of existing home loan customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Support customers in understanding their options and selecting suitable loan products
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through personalised service
- Review and verify customer documentation
- Ensure all interactions meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Lending Operations to ensure smooth loan processing and settlement
About You
You’re a driven and customer-obsessed professional who thrives in a fast-paced contact centre or sales environment. You enjoy helping people, influencing decisions, and working towards targets.
You will bring:
- Previous phone-based sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a natural, conversational style
- The ability to quickly learn, multitask and confidently explain home loan products
- An understanding of compliance in a regulated environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
Home lending experience is beneficial but not essential.
