Your new company

As the UAT Test Manager, you will take ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of a major Workday implementation. You’ll design and deliver the UAT strategy, coordinate business testers, manage defect resolution, and ensure the system meets business requirements before go-live. This role will see you working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and program stakeholders to validate critical processes and deliver a seamless transition to Workday.

Your new role

• Demonstrated experience managing UAT in large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Strong background in HCM platforms (Workday preferred; SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar acceptable).
• Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
